The Regent, run by Keith and Sandi Varnals, is a small comfortable hotel in the centre of town, enjoying spectacular views over St. Ives Bay and harbour.

The Regent Hotel, a former sea captains house, was converted to a hotel in 1926 by the well known local Architect Frank Nicholls and has been running continuously as such ever since. The accommodation was the meeting place of St Ives Rotary Club until the commencement of hostilities.

To quote from the September 1998 edition of House Beautiful magazine, "The Regent, an historic former sea captains house with elegantly decorated rooms and stunning sea views from practically every window."

Seascape Lodge is family run, well priced room only accommodation for over 18's situated in the heart of the popular Cornish coastal town of Newquay.

Our newly refurbished rooms are all en suite, comfortable and clean with flat screen TVs and fresh towels. We have twin rooms, double rooms and bunk style accommodation for larger groups sleeping up to a maximum of six people per room. We do not mix groups in rooms (no sharing with strangers).

Breakfast and a range of bar snacks are also available (at an extra charge) freshly prepared from our EHO 5 Star rated kitchen. We provide teas and coffee in the Bar at no charge but ask for your generosity with this year’s charity Surf Action.
