Edenhall Country House & Restaurant offers excellent accommodation in Edenhall just 5 minutes from Penrith in Cumbria.

The hotel offers a variety of rooms including the rather lovely Penthouse suite – complete with four poster bed – for that extra special occasion. For those that prefer to travel alone or are staying in the area on business, they also offer single rooms at no extra supplement. There is 1 disabled friendly bedroom.

Whether you have a strenuous day on the fells planned, a spot of sightseeing around the Pennines and Lake District, or maybe even a busy work day or meeting ahead, the traditional breakfast, served in the restaurant, is the perfect way to start your day.

In the evening, the restaurant is open between 6pm and 9pm. In addition, the bar serves meals from 12pm to 2pm and 6pm to 9pm, they also have a varied snacks menu available.

Edenhall Hotel is close to the M6 (J40) and Penrith Railway Station on the West Coast mainline makes it the ideal venue for a wedding, reception or any other special event. They have a civil ceremony licence so you can exchange your vows at the hotel.

The hotel is also convenient for many meetings. The function room accommodates up to 30 people in boardroom style or 50 in theatre style. Room hire includes tea, coffee and homemade biscuits on arrival, use of an overhead projector, screen and flipcharts. If you require an even bigger space for your conference, they are also able to accommodate some larger meetings in the restaurant.
