The two houseboats, Premier Cru and Grand Cru, are available for exclusive use. They are available for six months of the year and you will have the whole boat to yourself. For a truly memorable and unusual holiday, this is the ultimate holiday destination.

Each boat sleeps up to 6 people. Grand Cru has two double rooms and two single sofa beds in the living area. Premier Cru has one double room, one room with two single beds and two single sofa beds in the living area. Both boats are up to 10 foot wide, giving you a spacious space to relax in.

The boats are beautifully furnished and are more akin to a comfortable cottage. Both boats include excellent features, such as a fully fitted kitchen, 240-volt electrical system, Freeview TV, DVD player and 300-watt surround sound system with an iPod/phone port. Grand Cru has a shower and Premier Cru has a lavish roll top bath.

A full English breakfast, tea, fresh coffee and a bottle of wine are included in the price. The hosts can also provide a mini-cruise to the local pub and back.

Eight rooms overlook the gardens and lawns and the Avon valley. The remaining rooms overlook the grounds of Bailbrook House, a splendid Georgian Mansion designed by the famous architect John Everleigh. Five rooms have four poster beds.

Merino wool blankets, goose feather and down pillows, covered with Egyptian cotton, together with high quality beds, will ensure a good night’s sleep.

If it is leisure and sport you are after, we are blessed with facilities on our doorstep. We can arrange golf times at reduced rates with a choice of at least three courses nearby. Horse racing meetings are at both Bath and Cheltenham . Nearby, there is the Bath Rugby Club and there are tennis courts for hire nearby. Fishing licences are available on the River Avon.

For something different, why not try an exhilarating hot-air balloon ride from which to survey the wonderful architecture of Bath from above or stroll along the Kennet and Avon Canal with boats and punts available for hire.
