Four Chimneys offers comfortable and elegant accommodation in a beautiful Victorian house. Our accommodation is in a pretty and well-maintained garden at Ebford near Exeter and is ideally located for exploring Devon and the many attractions and places of interest it has on offer.

Our guest rooms have been individually decorated and furnished. The décor and furnishings have been carefully chosen, ensuring the rooms are complimenting the age of the property, whilst offering modern amenities.

Guests are also very welcome to relax in our walled garden. This is a lovely place to enjoy the sunshine, listen to the birds or read a good book.

Breakfast is included within the room rate, however room only rates are available. We are happy to cater to any individual tastes or requirements, please just let us know when booking.

Four Chimneys is at the end of a country lane, near a boatyard on the Clyst River. Our accommodation is surrounded by a conservation area, which is home to a variety of rare birds and wildlife.

Brynawel Farm is a peaceful country home in Glamorgan near Swansea. Our farmhouse offers comfortable and well-appointed accommodation at Pontlliw and is less than 10 minutes from Junction 47 of the M4. The location of our country home makes us an ideal base for both business and leisure guests. The views from the B&B are outstanding, looking over the Loughor Estuary and the North Gower Peninsula.

Our guest rooms have been thoughtfully decorated and furnished, ensuring guests have a place to stay that is comfortable and homely. We have single, double, twin and family rooms available. We are well known for being the dog friendly place to stay and we now consider ourselves to be even more children friendly with our new play area. We have recently built a soft surface, enclosed, safe, extensive play area for our small guests to enjoy during their stay!

A full Welsh breakfast is served, but most dietary requirements can be met if required. The meats are locally sourced and the free range eggs are from our own ducks and chickens.

The peaceful surroundings make it hard to believe that the M4 motorway junction is just a short drive away. If you want to explore Swansea itself or the beautiful Gower coastline with its stunning beaches or travel further into West Wales. Golfers will find no less than 12 excellent courses within half an hour, and being keen golfers ourselves, we will be happy to advise and suggest suitable venues. We are well placed for access to Swansea City football and both The Ospreys and Scarlets Rugby Stadium
