There are many country houses and stately homes in Cornwall both private, English Heritage and National Trust owned. Cornwall also has many fine Gardens which are highly recommended, such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan near St Austell and Trelissick near Truro.

Woodlands Country House is a multi-award-winning guest house, just a 15 minute walk from Padstow Harbour in Cornwall. Our guest house is in a rural setting and enjoys wonderful farmland views, sweeping down to Trevone Bay and the sea.

We have two guest rooms at Woodlands, both have been beautifully decorated and furnished, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay is had by all. Our first guest room is a double room with a four-poster bed and our second room is a double room with either a double or twin set up. Facilities in each room include:

Television.

Tea/coffee making facilities.

Fresh towels.

En suite facilities.

We take great pride in the food we serve to all our visitors and have won awards for doing so. When you start your day whether you are planning to laze on the beaches of Cornwall, go off on a trek around Padstow or tackle a day of business meetings, whatever it is you plan to do, we want you to start with a full stomach and a smile. We have a varied breakfast menu available to suit different tastes and appetites. Where possible, we ensure that our produce is sourced locally or within the south-west. Breakfast is served from 8 am to 9.30 am Monday to Saturday and from 8.30 am to 10 am on Sundays.

Guests will never be short of things to do and places to explore when visiting this beautiful part of England.
