The hotel is also convenient for many meetings. The function room accommodates up to 30 people in boardroom style or 50 in theatre style. Room hire includes tea, coffee and homemade biscuits on arrival, use of an overhead projector, screen and flipcharts. If you require an even bigger space for your conference, they are also able to accommodate some larger meetings in the restaurant.

The hotel offers two restaurants including the the Birkbeck Restaurant and Lonsdale Room. The Birkbeck Restaurant is the main dining area and seats up to three hundred people. The Lonsadle Room is a more intimate room that give guests to opportunity to enjoy smaller dining parties. The head chef has created an extensive menu in keeping with the hotel surroundings and current season.
