The hotel is owned and personally run by Paddy and Olive O'Gorman, who endeavour to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

The hotel is situated in an idyllic location making Glasha the ideal base for a touring holiday, an activity holiday or a relaxing break.

For those not wishing the challenge of the Comeraghs or the Knockmealdowns after breakfast, there are beautiful scenic circular road walks from the house where you can hear the birds singing or see little lambs jumping in the fields in the spring time.

Glasha was built about 160 years ago and has been expanding ever since. The name 'Glasha' originated from Glaise - meaning a small stream which still can be seen today.
