Beaumont House is located in a quiet residential area close to the heart of Windermere village and a short stroll from the centre of Bowness and Lake Windermere - England’s largest natural lake. This hotel accommodation has been 5 Star Visit Britain rated for the past 14 years.

Beaumont House has nine elegant double bedrooms, all individually decorated to a high standard. If your stay is to be a romantic occasion, why not reserve one of the Honeymoon Suites - 5’ king size mahogany or white four poster beds with all matching antique style furniture. En-suites have either whirlpool baths or power showers. Your hosts are happy to arrange for chocolates, champagne or other little romantic touches to make it extra special.

All the rooms are individually decorated with the emphasis on calming and relaxing colour schemes; and have colour televisions (most with flat screen TVs and DVD players) radio alarm clocks, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries. Each room also has a hospitality tray for tea and coffee. An iron and ironing board and trouser press are available on request for those rooms not already equipped with one.

Breakfast is served in a bright airy room on the ground floor. Start the day with a choice from the breakfast buffet table, a selection of teas or fresh coffee. Enjoy the special Cumbrian Breakfast made from local produce, wherever possible, including award winning sausages, the best back bacon, local free range eggs (fried, poached or scrambled) fresh grilled tomato, mushrooms and baked beans.
