Eight rooms overlook the gardens and lawns and the Avon valley. The remaining rooms overlook the grounds of Bailbrook House, a splendid Georgian Mansion designed by the famous architect John Everleigh. Five rooms have four poster beds.

Merino wool blankets, goose feather and down pillows, covered with Egyptian cotton, together with high quality beds, will ensure a good night’s sleep.

If it is leisure and sport you are after, we are blessed with facilities on our doorstep. We can arrange golf times at reduced rates with a choice of at least three courses nearby. Horse racing meetings are at both Bath and Cheltenham . Nearby, there is the Bath Rugby Club and there are tennis courts for hire nearby. Fishing licences are available on the River Avon.

For something different, why not try an exhilarating hot-air balloon ride from which to survey the wonderful architecture of Bath from above or stroll along the Kennet and Avon Canal with boats and punts available for hire. Enjoy the arts, at the Theatre Royal in Bath or the Bristol Hippodrome for the latest shows from London.

Enjoy 'Historic Bath' with a visit to the world famous Roman Baths and Pump Room and/or the fascinating Museum of Costumes - just two of Bath's many, many attractions.
