The White Hart, Martock, is ideally situated as a base
from which to explore the beautiful, hidden delights of Somerset and Dorset.
Within a short distance are a number of historical houses - Montacute House,
Barrington Court, Muchelney Abbey, East Lambrook Manor to name but a few.
Being an old building, the bedrooms are spacious, we have
a selection of single, twin, double and family rooms.
Our love for high quality cuisine drives us to exceed our
guests expectations at all times. Our chef is proud to keep our reputation by
creating consistently excellent dishes using only the freshest of ingredients.
From our A la carte menu or our specials board, which
changes on a daily basis, you will enjoy lunch, dinner or a light snack, all at
reasonable prices.
Our large bar has a warm and relaxed atmosphere, with
Chesterfields around the fireplace, as well as plenty of tables for bar meals.
The well-kept real ales change regularly and we provide a good choice of beers,
the same is true for our carefully selected wines.
Lunch is served between 12 noon and 2.00 pm Tuesday to
Sunday. Dinner is served between 6.00pm and 9.00 pm Tuesday to Saturday. We are
closed on Sunday evening's and Monday lunch time.
