Our award-winning restaurant offers rustic cuisine & an informal dining experience. All our ingredients are sourced locally and we use free-range and organic produce where possible. We offer a range of tantalising dishes, including guinea fowl with caramelised garlic and wild rabbit with a balsamic pickled walnut terrine. All of our dishes are complemented by wines that have been carefully chosen to blend with the food.
You can relax with a drink or two at our cosy bar in front of the roaring log fire. We offer wines, malt whiskies, Scottish craft gins, and a large collection of local craft bottle conditioned beers.
There are a variety of activities to enjoy in the area, including a memorable falconry experience in the hotel grounds and the surrounding countryside and horse riding through the Nithsdale Valley.
